1. Before the experiment, remove the dirt between the upper and lower pressure plates of the rubber ring
2. Unscrew the gas booster knob switch to the ON state
3. Pour an appropriate amount of clean water into the drain valve of the lower pressure plate
4. Place the detected object in the middle of the upper and lower platens
5. Then turn the gas-charged knob switch to the off state, and then turn the hand-holding clamp pressure plate to lower the pressure plate until it is completely unsealed.
6. Repeatedly compress the hand-held gas holder to observe the specified value of the pressure gauge pointer and observe whether there is any abnormality on the surface of the detected object. If not, continue to compress the hand-held gas holder until the pointer does not move, and then turn off the manual switch to observe the change of the pointer. If the pointer does not fall back, it means that the water pressure value is this value. If there is a drop, wait for the pointer to stabilize and obtain the maximum water pressure resistance value of the object to be tested. When compressing the handheld gas holder, it is found that there is water seepage on the surface of the object to be detected and the pointer of the pressure gauge does not go up, indicating that the water pressure of the object to be tested is lower than the current pointer indicates. value
7. When the operation is completed, first turn on the manual switch and the gas knob switch to release the gas, and turn the handwheel to lift it up and remove the detection.
