The EMG JV-HZ Set is a passive vintage style pickup designed by EMG founder Rob Turner. Both neck and bridge pickups feature Alnico 5 pole pieces. What makes this passive J set unique is how quiet it is. This is due to our design with the coils being side by side creating a hum-canceling effect. The JV-HZ set provides a noiseless early to late 70’s tone. Easy solderless installation.
