Cartier must de 21 Quartz ladies watch

I bought this earlier this year from a trusted seller on eBay for my wife for a present but after multiple battery’s and inconsistent time keeping it’s time to sell.

Issues…

- After 3 battery changes it still doesn’t keep time and is currently stopped at 10.20. May need new movement but unsure.

- Clasp opens randomly.

- Few marks here and there on Roman numerals

No Authentication with this watch. I am unsure of its authenticity so please, look at the photos and make your own judgments.
