Not sure of the media used but I look under the felt and it looks like horses racing newspaper charts was used or the paper that was used to make a bet
In good vintage condition, nothing broken
It's not signed
It's stands 11 inch
Still don't understand why a man with a metal bucket and a metal stick would be standing beside a mama kangaroo (look at the baby in her pouch) but it's sure to make you smile
