This is a Sterling silver medal marking the sesquicentennial of the chartering of Milo Maine, issued in 1973, #170.  This is the size of a dollar coin (about 37mm).  It comes in a vinyl coin flip with the original pamphlet about the sesquicentennial and the town of Milo.  Condition of course is uncirculated, with no damage or issues with the surfaces, though the rim has some stickiness to it which should come off with rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover.
