Motors are sold "as is" unless otherwise stated.
Returns/Refunds
Any and all refunds are left up to the discretion of the
seller.
Returns vary with each item. Some items will not qualify for
return.
Claims of "Items not as described" will be investigated
by eBay.
*Items approved for return have a 20% restocking
fee.*

BptParts offers shipping through UPS/USPS only.
We DO NOT ship via FedEx. We no longer
ship internationally.

Items purchased over the weekend will ship the next available
business day.
Holiday exceptions apply - items will be shipped
the first available business day following the holiday.
Any item valued over $100 will have "Signature

Taxes Apply
As of January 1, 2019 taxes will be collected at checkout.
Connecticut residents’ sales tax (6.35%) will apply.
Businesses in Connecticut, please upload your
CT sales tax license to eBay for exemption.
Packaging
We do our best to ensure that each item is
packaged carefully before their journey to you. Spray foam is applied to
boxes for heavier/more delicate/expensive items as additional security.
Shipping Insurance
Purchase of insurance is left to buyer's
discretion at the time of purchase.
Shipping insurance is not required but strongly
encouraged on items valued over $20.00.
- USPS Shipping Insurance:
· Items valued under $100 shipped via USPS
Priority Mail will have insurance included in shipping costs.
· Items shipped via USPS First Class
Shipping will NOT have insurance unless
customer requests it.
- UPS Shipping Insurance:
· Items valued under $500 shipped via UPS will
be insured for the full amount.
· Items valued over $500 shipped via UPS will NOT have
insurance included in shipping costs.
Additional fees will vary.
Updated invoices pertaining to insurance costs will be sent to
buyer before shipping is complete.
Damaged Items
Damage is often caused by rough handling during
transit.
We take careful steps to package each item as
securely and safely as possible. Any and all claims need to be made
through the shipping provider used. Please provide photos of damaged
box/item to shipping provider to assist them with your claim.
ALL circuit boards – “New”
& “Used” – MUST be handled while utilizing a static
strip.
BptParts cannot and will not be
held liable for circuit boards not working after being handled without
utilization of a static strip.

Photos are provided solely as a visual reference

Items may not match provided photo exactly. Only
items listed as
"New Condition" will be the items depicted in
photos. When multiple items are available, conditions may vary from
photos.
Item Condition
Items listed as "New Condition" will
be cleaned prior to shipping.
Older/used items can consist of oil coating,
dirt, dust, grease, scratched, chips, nicks, discoloration, mismatching
colors, etc. Discrepancies will be listed if present. Some new items may
be coated in a platinum grade rust preventative solution named "LPS
3".
