Easy to use disc cleaner. You need to get disc cleaning liquid - many of them on eBay, Amazon - and put on the round brush. Put the disc on and just start cleaning. Wet and dry.

Item is NEW old stock. Can be battery operated (not included) or be working with transformer (not included).
