Selecting a carrier from the listing variation

We have both Unlocked and Network locked variations, this option can be selected from the Carrier section and selecting one of the following “Unlocked”, “T-Mobile”, “AT&T” etc. If you plan to keep the same network for quite some time then you can purchase our Network locked in which you can save big compared to an unlocked device. If you are someone who travels outside the United States or switch carriers frequently then we would highly recommend ordering an unlocked device and it will work with any carrier of your choice.

Please Note that purchasing a locked device means its locked to that specific network as advertised and cannot be unlocked, if you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to contact us.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All our orders are shipped via UPS 2^nd Day air from Chicago, IL, all orders that are placed before 3PM Central Time Monday-Thursday will be handled the same day, orders placed on Friday before 11AM Central Time will be handled same day as well, any orders after will be shipped the following business day. Tracking number will be provided once an order has been shipped. If the order total is $750 or higher a signature upon delivery is required to ensure your package is safely delivered to you.

I need to get my package ASAP its urgent! What can be done?

No worries, we do offer UPS Next Day Air service for a fee of $30, if your order is placed before 3PM Central Time as mentioned in our previous post we will ship it out the same day. A scenario we can break down for you is you place your order on a Monday at 11AM CT, we will have it shipped out the same day and you will receive your package on Tuesday, if an order was placed on Monday 5PM CT, we will have it shipped out on Tuesday and the delivery will be on Wednesday.

Can you provide me specific pictures of the phone I’m looking for?

We are unable to provide this type of service, we deal with many devices that are being processed and fulfilled and trying to provide a photo of the exact device is not achievable.

Can you send the IMEI of the device?

Yes, we can do this in the best of our ability so you able to check with your network provider for combability although we cannot guarantee we can provide the same IMEI, contact us and we will do our best!
