The hat is marked with two tags. One tag - MEDIUM and other - 42% RABBIT HAIR 30% ACRYLIC 28% WOOL  MADE IN FRANCE

There is a brass adornment with purple ribbon on the front or side depending upon how you choose to wear it.

Mittens are unmarked
