We are offering these as unprocessed customer returns. This item has not been opened, checked over or repaired by us, and we cannot give any insight at all as to the exact condition of each one. The price has been set to reflect this.
There is, in most cases, very little that can go wrong with these, but common faults can include: visible use, minor to moderate damage to the bag, and/or minor damage to the carpet itself, such as a small tear. They are, however, usually fully functional and fit for purpose.
99 times out of 100, customers receive something with very minimal damage that they are entirely happy with, and we've had many excellent reviews in the decade we've been selling these. Unfortunately, there are rare occasions in which the fault may be more severe than we were anticipating. If this is the case and you are unhappy with your purchase, while we can't refund or replace the item, drop us a message and we can offer you a 50% discount if you would like to purchase another.
We reiterate, these items have not and will not be opened and inspected by us and we cannot tell you anything about them. The cost of inspecting, photographing and repairing each individual item would mean that we have to raise the price enough that it makes it unaffordable.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for this item.

Returns and Complaints:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for this item.
Due to our products being second hand, they cannot be protected by any further warranty.
Unless it is a proven error on our part, all returns are to be posted at the buyer's expense. The contents of this item are listed above, we cannot adhere to demands for any equipment not listed in the description.
While we endeavor to be as thorough as possible when checking our items, though it is rare, mistakes can and do happen. If you notice anything wrong with your purchase, please contact us ASAP before making a complaint and we'll do our very best to take care of it.
That being said, we always do our very best to be transparent with what we advertise, we take photos and check every item thoroughly before listing it, and make it very clear just what we are selling. Don't expect perfection, remember that you are buying second hand at affordable prices from an independent retailer and adjust your expectations accordingly. We do not tolerate fraudulent claims and will fight back against them.
