Item arrived Damaged:
If you receive your item and it is damaged take pictures of the item and the damage and send them to me using Ebay's messaging by clicking the "Contact Seller" button. If the shipping box or bag is damaged when you receive it take a picture of the packaging prior to opening the package. For US orders your item is insured against damage incurred while shipping. USPS will require pictures of the packaging and item. Send the pictures and a description of the damage to me and I'll contact USPS. Keep in mind that USPS may required additional pictures or you to take the packaging and item to your local post office for inspection. Keep all packaging and the item until the claim with USPS has been settled
