Shipping

Collection from our store is FREE!  Our shop is staffed by volunteers, and open Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 6.30pm - 8.30pm, and Saturdays 2pm - 6pm.

Shipping service:  Our preferred shipping service uses eBay Delivery services.  We will confirm when your items have been shipped and will provide the available shipping references.  We may substitute our delivery service with a like-for-like service provider where appropriate to ensure we provide the best possible service.

Shipping cost:

Our shipping costs are determined based on the weight of the product(s) purchased.  eBay automatically determines costs for multiple-item purchases.

If purchasing from multiple Beloved Rabbits listings, please request Combined Shipping value before making payment, as we may be able to reduce your shipping costs when purchasing multiple items.

Delivery time:
Items are despatched by our volunteer team, and so may take 2 - 7 days to arrive.  We do not offer expedited shipping options.
