RETURNS
  • Once you open the box of your LEGO set, there is a 13% restocking fee.
  • We cannot accept returns of Lego pieces that have been removed from the plastic bag. The plastic bag must remain sealed. 
  • All items in the original condition must be returned. Otherwise, your return request will be declined or there will be an additional fee.
  • Please do not apply shipping labels or tape directly on the manufacturer's packaging.
