HOW TO APPLY
Remove the applicator and empty the well from the compact (sold separately), then replace it with the refill. Use the powder alone or over foundation. It glides on easily thanks to the included half-moon brush. The powder may appear to have a crystallized effect, which disappears after a few uses.
