Condition is never sewn on.   Does have a tear on top of patch, maybe from a paper clip.  Shipped with USPS.

I will combine postage with any of my other patches that I have listed or other items. I have a lot more in other auctions plus my eBay store.  As many patches as you buy will ship for the one ounce shipping cost.
