It has no tags so it's hard to say the size. It's 26" long to the hem of the skirt and the crotch. It's very stretchy and would stretch further. It's 32" plus from under one armpit to the next. It's about 30" around the waist. It's in new condition. It was bought at a sale with many other skating costumes that were the same size.
