Throughout its ownership, the item has been kept in a smoke-free / pet-free environment.

This picture, frame combo is in great condition. The front of the picture/frame and stand are free of damage. On the backside of the frame there is a personalized label from when this was originally gifted to the previous owner. With a little Goo Gone, this should come off. The mark on the frame stand appears to be the remnants of an old pricing sticker. That too should come off.

After a good cleaning, this will shine like a new pearl :)
