This is authentic gear that came direct from a military base that closed.  Everything is made by Globe.  You get the regulator, and tank harness....all fits into hard plastic case which is also included.  See pics.

Everything looks to be in good, working condition however, it is highly recommended you have the gear certified to ensure it is 100% for your safety if you plan on using it.  I can not make that guarantee. Again, included in the O2 air regulator, the tank harness, and rugged case.
