Postage

Normal period for postage delivery is as follows:

Australia Post:

QLD                                            3 to 10 days

NT and Vic                                  7 to 14 days

TAS, NSW, SA, and WA               7 to 21 days

 

Sendle parcels are usually delivered within 5 days.

 

Deliver periods have been estimated based on previous time frames.  In less busy times, we hope you will receive these faster.

If your item ways less than 300g, your parcel may not be tracked. To guarantee tracking on smaller items, please contribute to our postage fund, tick the postage tracking option, and make a small payment. Items waying more than 300g will be tracked and you will receive tracking notifications as long as your details are up to date with eBay.

We no longer send to apartment blocks through Sendle.

Please be mindful that during peak postage times (and yes Christmas is one of those), delivery timeframes can blow out. You will more than likely not receive your item in the above timeframe.

If you feel you should have received your parcel but have not, please contact us through messages. not through disputes. If your parcel is not a tracked parcel, we can check other tracked parcels sent out at the same time as yourself to see if they have been delivered. This is a great indication as to whether there are any delays.

Disputes will freeze our funds and in most cases, customers have received their items a day or so after opening the dispute.

 

Refunds

Please read our item descriptions carefully. We are very truthful and will advise if there is something different about the product.

We will not provide refunds once you have used the item.
