Shipping and Delivery

Items will be posted out either on the day or within 1 business day after order confirmation and we will do our best to get your item delivered without delay. All deliveries will include a tracking number which will be uploaded after the item has been dispatched. Most items will include a signature on delivery to prevent items being lost or stolen. In some instances, you may be contacted by the courier or delivery driver regarding the upcoming delivery or in the case of a missed delivery.

Deliveries via standard postage may take anywhere from 2-6 business days after dispatch. Express deliveries are much faster and usually take 1-3 business days after dispatch. If you require the item urgently, please choose the express postage option. 

Returns

Every item sent out to you is done with care and love, and we try our best to provide you the best experience possible. If in any case you would like to return this item, there is a 30 day return on this item. 

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in the same original state it was posted in. That is, fully sealed and unopened. We will inspect the item and if it is not in the same original condition (i.e. missing/opened plastic seal, opened item, different serial number), a fee of up to 50% will be deducted from the refund as per eBay terms and conditions.

Any problems however (faulty, etc) must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Otherwise, the product is deemed used and is no longer able to be returned.
