This is the case of Thesalon, a savage world covered by endless forest and jungles. This is the home world of an ancient order of monk warriors, sworn to defend the threatened population of the planet from the unbearable monstrosities that inhabit in the wild. Their cathedrals and fortifications are the last line of defense of humankind against the perils of the unknown.

“Kristhof stared into the deep and dark night of Thesalon, trying to distinguish any sign of activity not reported by the scans. He was guarding the outer fortress wall this night, surrounded by his most loyal brothers. A sinuous wall with automated defenses and guard posts that encircled the impressive fort of the Brotherhood and the small society that emerged on its surroundings. They were waiting for the patrol to return. A couple of days ago, a small group of novices fulfilling a training mission went missing. It was not something uncommon. Most of the times, their destiny was either being devoured by the beasts, or fleeing in a vain attempt to go back to their previous lives after the overwhelming experience, the harsh training and sacrifice that was expected from the members of the Brotherhood. The chances that they were alive were negligible. Thesalon does not give second chances, neither does the Brotherhood. That´s the reason why they were the only possibility of this planet to survive.”
