Rare new with tags. Vintage Koratron Black Dress Skirt Size Medium. we believe this skirt dates back to the 50's/60's. It's a very stiff material with an advertisement that is does not ever need to be ironed. The actual size on tage is 17-18, guessing from actual measurements this would be considered a medium.
Measurements are taken from clothing lying flat. Waist 15" no stretch and the length is 23".
