 In 1973, Crystal began working in Aspen, CO for Fritz and Fabi Benedict and taught pioneer cooking classes at Rocky Mountain Community College, gaining an honorary degree.  In addition, she published a cookbook, Cooking with Crystal.  As a result of her dedication and hard work in Aspen, the Benedict family respectfully named Crystal Lake and Crystal Lane after her.


Condition: good/fair. This is a preowned copy with signs of use. Edgwear and small losses to the back cover, corners bumped. No observed stains or notes.
