Preowned flashlight torch in fair working condition. There is one crack at the top, which does not impact the use of the item. There is fading to the plastic as well. The item comes with an HPB18 battery, which should be considered a core battery only. It does take a charge, but we are unsure for how long it will hold the charge and could be weak.
