A lovely vintage Japanese lacquered, hand painted, circular lidded box.

It has a pretty hand painted hummingbird design with flowers and foliage to the top of the lid. Condition is commensurate with age with some scratches and loss to the lacquer, particularly on the base and to the inside please see photos. It all adds to the vintage look!

Size is approximately 31 cm diameter by 5 cm high.
