Vintage HAMILTON Mantle Clock Hermle Movement ~ Not Moving Hour / Mintues Hands

This eBay listing is for a vintage Hamilton mantle clock that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above. The clock has a quartz Hermle 2214 movement that seems to be working but it's not advancing the time. The second hand runs fine, it will chime every hour or quarter hour, depending on how it's setup on the movement but the hour and minute hands DO NOT MOVE!! I tried to do a little research online and this seems to be common with this movement. Some people have gotten theirs to work using different batteries (I tested this clock with 2 new Duracell C batteries, which are not included). I've tried a few different configurions on the movement for the various chimes, night time, day time, etc...but didn't have any luck in getting the hour and minute hands to move. I even locked and unlocked the pendulum with no luck. I don't have any other C sized batteries to test with. This clock measures 12" tall, 6" deep and 9" across with a weight of just under 6 pounds. I have a feeling that the movement needs replaced. They sell this same movement here on ebay for $47 on up. I also noticed that 1 of the small round pieces of cork on the bottom is missing but the other 3 are present. I have a picture of this in the listing with me pointing it out. Selling this clock as-is, parts or repair only with no returns!!
