This is the 1995 International Happy Holiday Barbie doll, style #13545.  Barbie is in absolute mint condition and was never removed from the box. The box has no shelf wear and is mint!!  This is the second doll in a brief series of THREE international holiday dolls for the years 1994-1996. This international holiday doll was manufactured by Mattel Toys for distribution and sale in countries outside the USA, primarily in the European countries. The box contains information written in multiple European languages. The doll comes from an original factory sealed case from Mattel, so it can't be in any better condition.
