I bought this record still sealed in the shrink wrap and I've only played it twice since then.
I'm a listener and not a grader, but:
Sleeve - VG : Front and back are pretty clean, but the edges show wear particularly at the top right corner and bottom left.
Record - NM- : Like I said it's only been played twice so it is shockingly clean especially for the age.
