We provide fast, free shipping on many items. Most items are shipped within 1-5 business days of receiving cleared payment. We ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APOs. For select items, we ship internationally through eBays Global Shipping Program. Returns will not be accepted on Freight items, pick-up items, or internationally shipped items. We do not accept requests for specific shipping methods.

We offer a 30 day return policy for most of our products.. Only factory defects are accepted as a reason for a return. When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. You will be required to cover shipping on the return of certain items. All returns MUST be done within 30 days of date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds after the 30 day limit has expired. When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed.

Cancellations: Orders are processed immediately and dispatched to fulfillment as soon as they are received. For this reason, we are typically unable to honor cancellation requests. If the order has gone too far through the fulfillment process, we will be unable to cancel. In that event, you would need to wait until you receive the item and go through the normal returns process as mentioned in the returns section of our policies. It is unlikely we can process your cancellation unless you notify us within 1 hour of placing the order.
