Stabile Dimensionstoleranz: Minimale Toleranz und geringes Verziehen, um eine gleichmäßige Zufuhr und stabile Drucke zu gewährleisten, gute Schichthaftung, weniger Fadenbildung, keine Blasen, einfache Handhabung, was zu einer hervorragenden Oberflächengüte führt und hochpräzise ist.


Verwicklungsfrei und Kein Verstopfen: Vollständige 1kg 3D Drucker Filamentrolle, perfekte Rundheit und sehr enge Durchmessertoleranz, gute Wicklung, überlappt oder verheddert sich nicht. Gut schmelzen, gleichmäßig und konstant zuführen, ohne die Düse oder den Extruder zu verstopfen.


Breite Anwendung: Im Vergleich zu herkömmlichem Nylonfilament zeichnet es sich durch höhere Festigkeit und Steifigkeit, weniger Verzug und Verschleißfestigkeit aus, die thermische Stabilität wurde verbessert. Geeignet für Industrieteile, Prothetik, medizinische Geräte und komplexe Kostüme.


Bitte beachten Sie: Mit Kohlefaser gefülltes Nylonmaterial nimmt leicht Wasser auf, wir empfehlen, es vor dem Drucken zu trocknen. Es können auch Düsen und Extruderzahnräder verschleißen, es ist besser, Düsen aus gehärtetem Stahl oder Rubindüsen und Extruderzahnräder aus gehärtetem Stahl zu verwenden.
