This was published in the late 1970's  by C. Moyer.  These are part of a set of 68 postcards of fire departments in and around Harrisburg, PA.  Each card has a description of the scene shown on the front.  These are the old standard sized cards (approx 3 1/2" x 5 1/2") with a matte finish.
