Timer function
The adjustable time of the timer is: 0 ~ 90 minutes, you can set the infrared paint drying time freely according to your needs, and the paint light will go out automatically when the time is up. Scientific setting of paint drying time can improve the surface effect of the paint without bubbles.
Short-wave infrared paint curing lamp
The paint curing lamp adopts infrared short-wave radiation heating technology, which is particularly suitable for the drying and curing of paint coatings. It penetrates the paint surface and heats it from the inside out, improving efficiency and shortening preheating time. The bulb can be quickly removed and replaced.
Curing Area
The curing area of the paint curing lamp is 350*4000mm (13.78*15.75 inches) and the working temperature can reach 0-200℃ (0-392℉). A specially designed high albedo reflector is used inside for more even heat distribution, increasing the curing area and shortening the curing time.
Fast heat dissipation
The paint curing lamp is made of aluminum alloy housing, which is more durable than high temperature resistant plastic housing, improving heat dissipation efficiency and avoiding high temperature damage.
Plug
In order to facilitate our customers to use this product more conveniently, our plug not only meets the U.S. standard, but also meets the European standard, British standard, Japanese standard.
Halogen Lamp
In order to protect the environment, we use halogen lamps, which have stable electrical performance, stable electric power, fast heating, electric heat conversion rate of up to 70%; high thermal efficiency, non-oxidizing heating, service life of up to 3,000 hours or more, safe and reliable; light emitted when working is mainly visible and near-infrared, with more than 84% of it concentrated in the region of 0.75 μm to 3.5 μm.
Wide application
Infrared paint curing lamps are widely used in automotive paint spray booths, local paint drying, putty drying, automotive paint booths, and are the ideal paint spraying tools for on-site repairs, engine drying, removing adhesive strips, drying putty, primer driers or preheating before spraying paint.
