30 Day Warranty:  

In the event of Hardware defect, we will help to troubleshoot the problem via ebay messages with quick response.  Otherwise you will require to send it back for a replacement.  Once we recieve the item, we validate the serial numbers that were sent to you and initiate the process.

In the event such as a blackout or the user has interfered with the software - warranty will be void.  

SHIPPING:

We use Australia Post and Sendle

All purchases incur a handling time of 2 days, and during peak seasons this can be up to 3 days.  We will endeavour to ship them out as a priority.

Please note, shipping times on regular post can take 2 -7 days.  During peak periods this may change, please see the shipping company of Australia Post or sendle for updates if yours is running behind schedule.
