Believed to be vintage Russian /USSR

has signature in gold on both items but can’t make out what it says exactly

Is a pair- x2- but bit identical as hand decorated.

Beautiful classic floral design

No makers marks on back etc

One plate has small section showing signs of wear - upon close inspection.
