• Excellent Condition but may have some small scratches.
• Battery is in good working condition.

Grade B
• Asset is fully working and missing no parts.
• Can have some minor wear including scratches or slightly worn keyboard or trackpad.
• Battery is in good condition or above.

Grade C
• Asset is not fully working but is limited to only one of the below problems.
- Missing / damaged part including battery, screen, hard drive, RAM etc.
- Excessive wear to palm rest, keyboard, trackpad or lid to the point where the part needs to be replaced.
- Damage to plastics or casing including palm rest, bezels, screen or lid.
- Battery is not working / less than 30 minutes life / not present.

Grade D
• Asset is not fully working and has two or more problems listed below
- Missing parts including battery, screen, hard drive, RAM etc.
- Excessive wear to palm rest, keyboard, trackpad or lid to the point where the part needs to be replaced.
- Damage to plastics or casing including palm rest, bezels, screen or lid.
- Battery is not working / less than 30 minutes life / not present.
