Equipped with a new acoustic engine co-developed with FISHMAN, the wide collection of acoustic and electric tones allows you to perform in ways never before possible with a single instrument.

ACOUSTIC, ELECTRIC, EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN

American Acoustasonic is neither acoustic nor electric, it is a new instrument unlike any other.

WOOD SPCIES

To give the acoustic tone a richer, richer sound, American Acoustasonic uses a variety of wood species.

The top wood is made from the same material that is used for acoustic guitars. The top is made of Sitka Spruce, the standard wood for acoustic guitars.

Mahogany is used for the sides and back of the body and neck to give warmth to the tone.

The fretboard is made of Ebony, which is both responsive and beautiful to the eye.

The bridge, knobs, and other parts are also made of Ebony to achieve a beautiful harmony in appearance.

ACOUSTICENGINE CONTROLS

The patented STRINGED INSTRUMENT RESONANCE SYSTEM (SIRS) is used in the soundhole, allowing you to feel the full live sound even when not connected to an amplifier.

The SIRS system allows the user to feel the full, live sound of the instrument even when not connected to an amplifier. When plugged in, the three pickups (magnetic, piezo, and body sensor) function with each other.

The acoustic engine was developed in competition with FISHMAN. The fusion of analog and next-generation technology at a high level has been realized, allowing for an amazingly wide range of sound design.

The result is a surprisingly wide range of sound design possibilities.

INTEGRATED OUTPUT

A 1/4" plug output jack with a MICRO USB connector for charging.

Battery Information

Approximately 20 hours of play time on a full charge.

Can also be played while charging.

When a guitar cable is plugged in, the LED above the jack blinks once to indicate the start of use.
