Negative Heel -
The Yogi Negative Heel features many benefits. A thinner sole at the heel than at the forefoot encourages walking heel downwards, similar to walking on sand. This change promotes a healthier posture as well as deeper, more relaxed breathing.
Originally designed by Danish Yoga teacher Anne Kalsø who sought to develop the Earth Shoe after witnessing first hand the amazing posture of Brazilian locals who walked erect with a strong heel first action.
