All our products are sold with 2 year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

To make a warranty claim, please provide us the information below:

• Description of the fault or defect.
• Serial number located next to the drivig wheel.
• Visual evidence, such as photos and videos, that can demonstrate the fault or defect.

Normally digital evidence is sufficient for us to assess the warranty claim. However, there may be rare circumstances when the fault or defect can hardly be described and demonstrated with digital evidence. We then must ask you to send the claimed unit back to us for physical assessment. We will provide the prepaid postal label to you to stick to the returned package.

Two outcomes of a warranty claim:

• An approved claim: a warranty claim will be approved for the claimed goods being faulty, not fit for purpose or not matching the seller's description.
• A disapproved claim: a warranty claim will be disapproved for the reasons other than the ones of a valid claim.

If a warranty is approved and the unit is not sent back to us, you are welcome to keep the it for spare parts. You are certainly also welcome to request us for a prepaid postal label if you insist to send it back to us.

If a return is associated with a disapproved warranty claim, the prepaid postage will be deducted from the final refund. For more information about our return and refund policies, please read on in the following sections.

Three types of returns:

• Approved warranty return: a return associated with an approved warranty claim.
• Disapproved warranty return: a return associated with a disapproved warranty claim.
• Change-of-mind return: a return initiated simply because of the change of the buyer's mind.

We normally will prepay the return postage and provide the postal label to stick to the returned package, but we keep the option if the buyer chooses to pay the postage and organise the return themselves.

For an approved warranty return, the postage will be covered by warranty and will not be deducted from the final refund.

For a disapproved warranty return or a change-of-mind return, the postage will be deducted from the final refund if we have prepaid the postage.

Approved Warranty Refund: if a warranty claim is approved, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded. If a buyer paid postage applies with the warranty, we will refund the postage as well as the full purchase amount.

Any refund other than the "Approved Warranty Refund":

• Cancelling an order before being sent: we will refund the order in full.
• Returning an order after being sent:
• If the package hasn't been opened: the return postage will be deducted from the final refund if applies. A 10% restocking fee will also be deducted from the final refund.
• If the package has been opened, but the item is never used: the return postage will be deducted from the final refund if applies. A 20% restocking fee will also be deducted from the final refund.
• If the package has been opened, and the item is used: the return postage will be deducted from the final refund if applies. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund. On top of the postage and restocking fee, a value depreciation will be calculated based on the resellability and then deducted from the final refund. If a returned unit that cannot be resold by any means may end up with zero refund.
