This is a Lot of 5 used HP Chromebook 14 G5. The screens are 14".The CPU is an Intel Celeron N3350 running at 1.10 Ghz, it has a 2GB HD and 4GB of RAM. They run on 45w USB-C chargers which are NOT INCLUDED with systems. The overall cosmetic condition of the system I would rank as C. No major visible damage or missing keys, but obvious wear and tear that may include scuff marks, small cracks or sticker residue. Systems have all been through power wash, meaning they have been factory reset. All systems will be set to their original setup screen. Systems have only been tested to power, charge and detect wi-fi signals in the initial set-up page, all other functions are as is and untested. The following functions have all been untested: Camera, microphone, speakers and all ports (except at least one USB-C port for power).

Payment is due within 48 hours of the end of your auction. We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and more!

Shipping

Our professional team will pack and ship your package within 3 business days, unless noted differently in your auction details. Combined shipping is available! Feel free to message us for a special rate! Your item will be shipped Monday through Friday.

Our preferred carriers include FedEx and USPS and all items will carry appropriate insurance.

Local Pickup

You may also feel free to pick up your item at our Denver, CO facility after winning the item! A signature and/or scan of the QR code that eBay sent to you will be required at pickup in order to confirm your pickup to eBay. Contact us for help or questions.

Communication

We respect the eBay community and marketplace. Our bound terms indicate that we won't communicate with buyers outside of eBay and that we won't conduct business outside of eBay. Please do not ask for exceptions to this rule.

Issues?

Please report any issues with products or shipping damage within 48 hours of receiving your item. An RMA will be issued as soon as we review the information. Please do NOT send items back without preapproval. For shipping claims, all original packaging must be kept and pictures must include the damage to the box, packing material, etc.
