The pendant for this hemp necklace is a pill box measuring: 4.5 x 3 x 2.8 cm. (1 7/8" x 1 1/8" x 1 1/8"),  made from cruelty free, deer antler.  

Deer and elk shed (or drop) their antlers every Spring, so, this came from a still-living animal.

I inlaid a 30 x 25 mm. ocean jasper cabochon into the lid.  

The swivel lid closes tightly to keep your treasures safe.  

Its inner chamber dimensions are approximately: 3 x 2.3 x 1.7 cm. (1 1/4" x 1 1/8" x 5/8").  

Because the antler’s core is grainy, I  lined the inside with a non-toxic, acrylic, furniture finish. 

For the neckpiece, I did macrame using jade green, mahogany and natural  colored, hemp twine;  with: jade discs;  tigers' eye, agate, and red creek and green jasper and buffalo horn rounds;  faceted, bloodstone rounds ;  red creek jasper rondelles; a wooden donut and glass crow beads.

The length is adjustable; starting at: 53.5 cm. (21"), up to: 130 cm. (51").   

Just slip it over your head and slide the lock knot to desired length

This necklace is made for people of all sizes to wear any length.

If you would like it shorter, you can specify the length desired at time of purchase (no less than 60 cm. or 24" so it will still fit over your head), and I can easily shorten it..

The necklace comes with its own storage pouch for safekeeping.pp
