Game cases/manuals/discs may have wear/scratches on them but it does not affect playability at all. All games have been thoroughly tested and work perfectly guaranteed. Complete means original game case, manual booklet and game disc. No manual means original case and disc. Disc only means only the game would come but it will still be shipped in a generic case to ensure it arrives perfect.
