Here we have a lovely Original Fontana Records copy of 'Changes' by Julie Felix.

The vinyl is EX+ with  a light mark side two and light spindle marks on the black and silver Mono Decca labels. 

The MATRICES are; 

Side One reads 687 906  1L/1^420

Side Two has  687 906  2L=3  420

The front laminated sleeve (see photos) is lovely and stiff with minor edgewear,  so EX+

The generic inner is an aged EX-

Overall this is a really great record- one to treasure!
