To avoid confusion I like to be honest when describing brochures.  I would describe this one as very good condition.

When I send brochures I use card backed envelopes with “Please do not bend” on them.  All brochures are sent 1^st class for UK purchases and Airmail for overseas.  I have no problem in combining postage on multiple purchases.
