Manufacturing Process：

The blade is crafted from T12A steel with a straight blade pattern in the Japanese style, hand-polished with a large straight edge. It is meticulously made using traditional hand-forging techniques. The pure copper fittings are intricately carved, gilded, and silvered. The handle is adorned with precious pearl fish skin, and the pommel is delicately hand-carved with the sun, moon, and stars. The scabbard is crafted from green leather-covered wood, entirely wrapped in black pearl fish skin, featuring inlays of yellow cattle horn at the mouth, throat, and tip.
