CONDITION: In overall excellent condition. Cover looks good with only minor edge and corner wear, some surface rubbing; minor wear along spine; cover is well attached to clean staples. Inside pages appear clean and complete. I'm usually very picky with this type of material and I tend to be harsh with condition. Feel free to inquire about any issues you might have. Normally questions are answered the same day. If there are problems not related to condition/description than buyer may be required to pay return shipping.
