• eBay add their fee of 12.18% on the total sale  - the item and postage - so postage costs 12.18% more than the Australia Post (AP) price.
• I post the same day or next day AFTER ebay has processed your payment.
• I’m in Tasmania and postage takes longer to get to you.  I’m not slow - AP is!
• AP don’t scan items leaving Tasmania, so there is NO tracking until the mainland.
• I use new satchels with tracking and recycled packaging for larger items.
• If you buy multiple items and pay too much postage, I’ll refund the difference.

🌸   AUSTRALIA POST POLICIES AND FEES:

• Tracking is included with all satchels and parcels, with coverage up to $100 in the event that AP lose or damage your item in transit.  
• If your item costs more than $100, I’ll purchase extra insurance that costs $2.50 for each subsequent $100 of cover.
• Items valued at more than $500 must also have Signature on Delivery, cost $2.95. (This does not apply to Registered Post, as it’s already included).
• I can’t replace a vintage or used items lost or damaged by AP - they are unique.
• If AP damages the item, the RECIPIENT (you) must take the damaged item and packaging to an offical post office to have it assessed and so you can apply for compensation.  
• If AP loses the item then the SENDER (me) contacts AP and lodges a complaint.  Once AP confirm the loss, they will compensate me and I will refund your money.
