This small miniature antique 3 drawer dresser is a nice hand made farmhouse type piece for a child's doll clothes. It has been painted multiple times with different color schemes over the years. The paint is chipping and the dresser shows around 100 years worth of use and distress. It is made just as any simple farmhouse dresser would be, probably by a father for his daughters almost life size period baby dolls clothes. But it would also make a great antique "shabby chick" jewelry/watch dresser top trinket and stash box.
