We are an independant vacuum cleaner specilist in the UK, who specialise in the reuse & refurbishment of previously used machines. 
We have over 10 years extensive knowledge and experience. Our aim is to prevent waste & bring these back to market at fraction of the price!

We belive our products are restored back to relatively good condition.

Please bare in mind, that this is a previously used & restored product, in which has been restored by hand.

This will display signs of previous use. We restore each product to the best of our ability. We try to remove most defects, scratches, paint marks etc.

Each product is dismantled by our engineers, checked, diagnosed, parts replaced with new compatible or reusable parts. to ensure long term use, cleaned, rebuilt & bench checked.

We also advise that we are always here to help & support. 

Our warranty offers a 30 day money back guarantee, this applies to if there is a fault, find it's not for you etc, after this ends, we no longer accept any returns or refunds.

The warranty is logged on our system, so no paper work is needed in order to claim, therefore if you contact us, we can locate your details to confirm purchase.

After 30 day's, where specified in 'product description' is where time given is stated for the warranty, this is a motor only based warranty. If said product motor fails, we offer to repair/replace (subject to availability). 

What is not covered, we do not cover wear & tear, blockages, snapped belts, accidental damage, misuse & such acts of flood.

If warranty has ended or we do not cover said defects, please don't hesitate to get in touch, as we can help with repairs at additional costs & offer advice & guidance. 

We aim to post within 2 working days & is 3-5 working days delivery (Monday - 
Friday) (UK Mainland). Scotland, Ireland & Overseas may differ. 

Tracking will be attached to your purchase, in order to track.

PAYMENT

We accept payment through eBay online. We are unable to accept payment from outside of eBay, in order to comply with eBay's protection policies.

If you wish to collect from our warehouse, please contact to arrange collection and make purchase through eBay prior.

If you wish to make a Return, please contact us prior. 

If you have an issue with your product, we will work with you as quickly as possible to resolve this. We try to make all processes as easy & quick as we can.

If there is a Fault with a product, we can quickly remedy this by sending Replacement Parts & or offer a Replacement Exchnage (subject to availability). This is a very easy hassle free way to have your product collected & replaced with another one. No labels need to be printed & no additional costs involved, as we cover the cost, so you don't have to!
