A WW2 British home guard helmet with original net. It is Home guard as it’s a sub-standard steel helmet shell (denoted by the 3 holes drilled out either side).

The shell is manufactured by F&L (Fisher and Ludlow Ltd, Birmingham) and dated 1940.

The liner is a size 7, MK II, dated 1940 and is manufactured by TTC (Teddy Toy Co. Ltd, Dagenham).
