How to use:

2. If the pointer shows green, the battery has a good charge. If it shows yellow, the battery is on its way out, but can still serve some more time. If the pointer shows red, the battery is dead and it needs to be replaced.

NOTE:

Make sure the battery is placed correctly with the positive and negatives poles
Make sure the battery is touching both contacts before assuming it is dead
9 Volt batteries are measured on the side of the device
The device cannot test rechargeable batteries
For button batteries you have to look at the smaller scale at the bottom
Keep test times as short as possible to avoid unnecessary battery drain
